General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all contracts concluded between Silberleben.ch and its customers via the website. They also apply to future business relationships without the need for further reference. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if they have been expressly accepted by us in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products on Silberleben.ch does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By submitting an order using the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract. The order confirmation is sent automatically via email and does not constitute acceptance. The contract is only concluded upon express order confirmation or shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and payment methods

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, where applicable. Prices are valid at the time of order.

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL)

  • TWINT

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • PayPal

Any additional charges (e.g. customs duties, import taxes) for international deliveries are to be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery and shipping

Delivery is handled directly by our fulfillment partners (e.g., AutoDS/AliExpress) using the dropshipping process. The estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days , depending on the warehouse location, product, and destination country. Delivery delays due to customs, transportation, or seasonal events are possible.

The actual shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable.

5. Right of withdrawal

We grant a voluntary right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods . Details on exercising this right and restrictions can be found in our cancellation policy . Excluded are:

  • Hygiene products whose seal has been removed after delivery

  • Personalized products

  • Electronics with installed/activated software

Returns will be made to our return address after contacting customer service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Warranty & Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply (usually 2 years from receipt of goods).

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence . We are fully liable for damages to life, body, or health, as well as for mandatory statutory provisions.

We assume no liability for damage caused by improper use, misuse or failure to follow the product instructions.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Data protection

Personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with our current privacy policy and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g. shipping service providers).

10. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is 4123 Allschwil, Switzerland .

11. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that is as economically equivalent as possible.
