Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Start of the cancellation period

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a person other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

3. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Silberleben.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

5. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a different delivery method chosen by you), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt of your notification of cancellation.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise . You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

6. Return of goods

You must return the goods to our return address immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period .

Note: Please contact our customer service before returning any item – we will then provide you with the correct return address.

7. Return costs

The direct costs of return are to be borne by the customer .

If a product cannot be returned by regular mail due to its nature, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs according to the carrier's shipping rates.

8. Compensation

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

9. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
Hygiene products if their seal has been removed after delivery
Goods which have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
Digital content, if execution has begun and you have expressly agreed that you will lose your right of withdrawal
